What Oxyyra does
Oxyyra helps signed-in users prepare reply suggestions for the conversation they are viewing. The browser extension reads the active WhatsApp Web conversation only when needed to detect its context and generate suggestions.
Information we process
We process account details used for authentication, the conversation text submitted for reply generation, generated reply suggestions, usage records needed to operate subscription limits, and workspace or reply history saved to the user's account. During signup, a date of birth is checked to confirm adult eligibility. We retain the confirmation and time of confirmation rather than displaying the exact birth date in the public profile.
Why we process it
This information is used to authenticate users, generate relevant replies, display saved history, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and apply plan usage limits. Oxyyra does not use chat content for advertising and does not sell personal information.
How the browser extension behaves
The extension runs on WhatsApp Web and communicates with Oxyyra's service to generate suggestions. It never sends a message automatically. A suggestion is placed into the message composer only after the user selects it, and the user remains responsible for reviewing and sending it.
Service providers and security
Oxyyra uses service providers, including Supabase for account and application data and xAI for AI reply generation. Data is sent only as needed to provide these functions. We use access controls and encrypted network connections designed to protect information in transit and restrict account data to authorized users.
Retention and your choices
Saved history remains associated with the user's account until it is deleted or the account is removed, subject to operational and legal retention requirements. Users can manage their account and request assistance through Help & Support inside Oxyyra.
